CANCELLATION POLICY 

All cancellations with less than 24 hour notice are subject to a $100 cancellation fee.

We kindly request full service price payment if there are more than 2 no shows per client. 

REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES

At this time, flawlessbymelissafox.com does not offer refunds for returned items. We understand mistakes happen, and exchanges are accepted if product is: unused, unopened, and sealed from manufacturer. Due to COVID-19, we cannot refund, replace, or any item that been used or opened. 

For defective products, please email info@flawlessbymelissafox.com within 2 days of receiving package. Please provide photos of damaged item to info@flawlessbymelissafox.com, and we will respond within 24 hours to determine replacement or refund. 

SHIPPING POLICIY

We offer free shipping on all orders over $50 , orders under $50 will be charged  $8.40 shipping fee. 

Please allow 3-5 business days for shipping within the United States . 1-2 days for processing.

Expedited shipping is available upon request. Please keep in mind processing time.

We ship USPS for Domestic orders and UPS for International orders. (unless otherwise requested )

MISSING ORDERS

Once an order has left Flawless by Melissa Fox, it is in the care of USPS / UPS . We are not liable for any errors made by the service provider.

Any damage caused during shipping should be directed to USPS or UPS and their customer service department.

We will supply you with the necessary information needed in the event that a claim needs to be filed with a shipping provider.
